Looking back over the last 20 years that Bike Smart has been in Haywards Heath, I think of the many students we’ve helped on their biking adventures, the epic road trips across Europe, the enjoyable rides around Sussex – and some of the “unique” individuals who have since become great friends. As I’ve said many times, one day I’ll get a real job, but until then I’ll stick with being a bike instructor!
To mark this special occasion in Bike Smart’s history we’re having a birthday party at the school and you are invited to join us from 12 till 4pm. We’ll be firing up a BBQ serving the finest burgers and sausages from Woodhouse Butchers – conveniently located next door! All proceeds from the BBQ will go the Rocking Horse children’s charity in Brighton, which Ed supports and we’re happy to raise funds for them.
A live band kicks off from 1 till 3pm in the workshop, featuring some great local talent. It’s worth having a party just to hear these guys play!
